When the answer to both questions is yes, all parties involved should work together to achieve a win-win situation. In a digital world, the responsibility for ensuring network health must fall on the C-suite CEOs and their boards because they see more of the network than anyone else. Practically, what can they do? Nothing captures the attention of a CEO more than what the board wants, and nothing captures the attention of the organization more than what the CEO wants.
So when a company does well, the board should congratulate the CEO anyway.
